New leaks about Motorola‘s upcoming phones have surfaced recently. One was about the Razr 70 (Motorola Razr 2026) colours and a new one is about the colours of Motorola Edge 70 Pro and the foldable Razr 70 Ultra. It suggests the company will adopt unique textures and finishes.
Motorola Edge 70 Pro will come in wood and nylon finishes
The Edge 70 Pro won’t use the standard glass and plastic builds like most smartphones but is instead going for other textures. The Pantone Titan (Blue) variant reportedly uses a nylon-like finish, while the Pantone Zinfandel (Maroon) option adopts a matte brushed effect.

The third variant has a wooden-textured back with rough lines, and is quite an interesting style. The device also has a quad-curved display, corners that are more rounded, a bigger LED flash array and a dedicated AI key on the left side.
As for the Razr 70 Ultra, the Pantone Orient Blue model is expected to feature a vegan leather finish with a sophisticated diamond stitch pattern. For a more unconventional colour, the Pantone Cocoa version will mirror the Edge 70 Pro’s wooden finish.
According to rumours, the Razr 70 Ultra will be slightly thicker than its predecessor, measuring in at 7.8mm when unfolded. The slightly bigger size didn’t make it lose its signature dual-display setup: a huge 7-inch internal screen and a 4-inch cover panel. The Razr 70 Ultra also has a physical AI button.
The Edge 70 Pro is expected to pack a 6,500 mAh battery and 90W fast charging. Registration for Android 17 beta testing for the Razr 70 Ultra has already opened, suggesting that the launch might happen sooner than the usual cycle.
